Wolf Meadows Farm owner and operator, Jennifer Steenbakkers.

Jennifer Steenbakkers has had a love for animals from a young age. Jennifer attended Seneca College and became a Registered Veterinary Technician. After working for years in the practice of small animal medicine, Jennifer got married and had children and her vet tech carreer got put on hold. Jennifer didn't start riding until she was in her twenties. She purchased her first horse in 2005. And then another. And then another :) Now her herd consists of 4 horses and 2 ponies. Natural Horsemanship has played a huge role in her life. She has been studying and practicing natural horsemanship since 2008. She has studied PNH in depth at the Parelli Colorado Campus as well as the Parelli Florida Campus. She has delved into other natural horsemanship techniques such as Lorie Duff, Ron Pyne, and David Cowley just to mention a few. Jennifer enjoys riding in english and western disciplines. She has competed in eventing, show jumping, dressage, and extreme cowboy obstacle racing. Jennifer believes the secret to sucess is to have a solid foundation. Understanding and comunication with our equine partners is key.

Jennifer resides at Wolf Meadows Farm with her husband Marc, and their 11yr old son Eddie. Marc and Jennifer also have 2 other children Jamie and Harry. They're both grown and have left the "nest". Jennifer has 3 resident dogs, Shelby, Buttercup, and Penny. As well a cat named Timmy.
